"All 10 of us adults and kids had such a great time. Every worker was so pleasant to be around. The Hotel Rome room was fantastic since I had 2 rooms and they adjoined each other. Price were pretty good for food and drinks. Had the rented table and umbrella - oh that was a big plus the extra money was worth the charge. Didn't like the parents that did not watch their children at night time like past midnight and kept setting oft the fire alarm. they thought it was so cute. It was not cute and the parents should of been ashamed of themselves letting these young 12 and 13 year olds out that late at night roaming the hotel and causing trouble. These boys had no concern for parents who had babies and all started crying after the alarm went off. The staff handled themselves better than I would have if I caught the boys. I THANK YOU MY FAMILY THANKS YOU FOR ALL THE WORKERS AT THE PARK AND HOTEL ROME. SEE YA NEXT YEAR. The old grandma. "

"Check in was great, the guy at the front desk was friendly and efficient! Hot tub is small and there were a bunch of older teenagers in thongs, blasting cardi B, swearing, screaming, and dancing in provocative ways, not conducive to an 8pm Monday night with a 10 year old present. I mentioned it to the guy at the desk when we left and he went to handle it! Other than that the hotel is quiet, breakfast is good, and it has a McDonald’s in the parking lot for kids! Shopping is also close."

"Rooms were very clean. A good size and the beds were comfortable. The pool was huge! The hot tub was nice. Location was excellent. We were very close to everything we wanted to do! "

"Front desk people were very friendly and eager to be accommodating. The casino dealers were entertaining and even taught our friend how to play blackjack."

"The hotel can be loud if there are kids playing on the main floor, since the hotel rooms are around the outside of the building and is open in the middle. Nice staff, clean, loved the separate sitting area great for visiting outside of a bedroom. The first time going the parking was extremely confusing, and why pay for parking...I don't get that. The bar was convenient, the food there eh greasy but again nice staff."
