Bare concrete walls are not conducive to a welcoming, comfortable stay, no matter what artistic crap reason you give for stinting on the decorating. "Having read a few previous reviews wasn’t sure what to expect. Some said stairs were awful. Both me and my wife found the stairs fine. But anyone with restricted mobility may struggle. . Room spotlessly clean. Breakfast voucher in room to be used at local pub. Voucher value is £15pp. Full breakfast is £13.95. Then drinks are extra. So you end up paying a bit extra which isn’t made clear when you book. There are cheaper options on menu though. "
