Attention to detail missing
"With my baby and pregnant wife and made us wait till 5.30pm to check in. They did give us a free drink at the bar but would have thought better from a top hotel. Pillows where rubbish and hard bathroom very dated and needing love. Staff were very good and breakfast very good."

Great stay close to the beach
"Great location although parking was at a public parking garage next to the hotel luckily the hotel offer a discounted rate as the standing charge for 24 hours was £40.50 which is quite expensive. Hotel was clean and the staff very friendly our room which was an upgrade to partial sea view king size ..."

"A new hotel - I stayed on the 6th floor which was clearly brand new. The hotel was very clean and a pleasant stay overall. Some teething issues in that some of the appliances were not working (microwave) as they were brand new and not used before, but I am sure these will be ironed out in due course. ..."
