"Beautiful property, delicious food interesting history."

"Probably the friendliest, most chilled hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff couldn't do enough for you and always very welcoming. The hotel is a beautiful, 16th century building in the old town centre, which is amazing. I was in a room which faced to road so, sometimes, it could be rather noisy, but the streets are very narrow and it's an old building. Only issue I had was a lack of hot water in the evening but it wasn't a major problem. A 2 star hotel which makes up for it in many other ways."

"This Hotel is a great stopping over point when travelling south and back. We have stayed here many times and it always comes up to our expectations. Right in the middle of Reims with a great car park with all the shops and cafes just around the corner. I recommend this highly."

"Very disappointed on arrival key was left in basket name and room number on piece of paper. Restaurant closed no information to inform us of this. No lounge facilities all locked up , although non smoking could smell smoke , the shower room smelt of Urine . Glad we were only staying over night "
