"The hotel’s location is very convenient , especially if you are going to the caves and explore the historical sites. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Thumbs up for our driver ! Javits was super helpful, polite, reliable and affordable . He picked us up at the airport, took us around for 2 full days , and even took us to a local restaurant, where we met Ali, the friendly owner, and we had the most delicious indian meals. "When I arrived, the hotel manager said this was the wrong hotel. However, this was clearly a lie, and she had simply been offered a better price for my reservation. Now I had no place to stay. As a nice kick in the teeth from Hotels.com, they refused to refund me for the stay, saying it was booked under a non-cancellation ploicy. First and last time I will use this service. If you support this kind of business you only have yourself to blame for why corruption is ruining this world."
