"I never checked in the hotel because I traveled from Malaysia and was not allowed to enter the Cory, but either Orbitz (Expedia) or the hotel was willing to help me with the cancellation. The hotel stated that I booked through the agent and should contact the agent to contact them, then when I contact the agent, the agent stated that it’s up to the hotel to issue a refund or not, they don’t talk to each other, they just keep telling me (customer) to talk to the other party.
