"I booked the hotel as i was arriving into the airport at 2am and needed somewhere relatively close by for the night. This place had 24/7 check in and the taxi only cost S$25. The room was nice, cool and dark. Basic but clean and all i needed for a night. Breakfast was included but it would have been great if their shuttle service from the airport was on hand at night, i can’t think why people stay here other than because they are using the harbour / airport at inconvenient times. "Small chairs, might as well stayed at the terminal. Poor directions. I had to take a taxi from terminal 1 to terminal 3. I will not recommend. More trouble than its worth. Not worth the money."

"I never checked in the hotel because I traveled from Malaysia and was not allowed to enter the Cory, but either Orbitz (Expedia) or the hotel was willing to help me with the cancellation. The hotel stated that I booked through the agent and should contact the agent to contact them, then when I contact the agent, the agent stated that it’s up to the hotel to issue a refund or not, they don’t talk to each other, they just keep telling me (customer) to talk to the other party. "Room was very clean and quiet, had a great sleep and shower. Before leaving we enjoyed the free meal, tea, flat white and water in the nice lounge. Staff were very helpful and attentive. We will be back. "
