Really good job and water by bed every night and slippers nice touch. Only flaw if I found reception cold and staff not warm ...but everywhere else awesome. Venus worth it"

"Hotel in fantastic location close to shopping, restaurants and MRT stop. Breakfast was amazing offering as was room service. Only disappointment, phone handset did not work and fridge not working. The latter we were told by maintenance was not there to cool but only to chill. It did neither nor did it get replaced as he promised. For almost $500AUD per night we expect better."
