Hidden gem
Took a chance as we always stay at the Bennett or Charleston place but this was a 3 day trip. We couldn’t be any happier with our choice. It’s newly redone property. Quiet, excellent pool, extremely clean. Price , the manager was a pleasure! Overall we will be back. Location is perfect for the College

MOST DARLING PLACE EVER! I'll be back
I am obsessed with The Nicholas. It was perfect location; darling pull up; was able to score a parking spot. Room was so nice; bed comfy and I could go grab a breakfast sandwhich and coffee in the morning before exploring the town. Central location to everything. Bikes were a blast and I took a cold plunge in the pool (I went in March)! Resturants in walking distance. I will absolutely be coming back and staying here. I LOVED IT SO MUCH!

Great stay in downtown Charleston
Beautiful historic building with modern amenities. Large bedroom nicely appointed with comfortable bed and gorgeous bathroom. Tasty grab-and-go breakfast. Charming and safe neighborhood close to many attractions.
