"We arrived at the hotel in a thunderstorm, so after 10.5 hours worth of driving it did taint the experience slightly. It said it had hotel parking but I wasn’t aware there was a charge for this until I arrived. They didn’t have space (I didn’t anticipate that as being an issue but luckily parked 5 mins away. "Property was as described. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Four of the five bedrooms are spacious, one is rather cramped with a sloping roof. Some might find the noise of the constant water flow distracting, we found it soothing. The village is quaint and authentic in an agricultural area but its quite far to go to get supplies. We loved this place, we were all adults but I think there would be too little to do for children."

"We enjoyed our overnight stay at ACE. The carpark was convenient,we felt safe.The room was comfortable and we were able to put some food in freezer bags in the fridge and freezer. We enjoyed being able to take hot water for coffee and soup from the breakfast room even though it was late at night. The man at reception was very helpful and pleasant."
