"The staff were friendly and very helpful. The house and garden were quirky and arty and in easy reach of everything. The meal with wine tasting was interesting and enjoyable, it was good to be able to sit outside to eat. The property was also easy to find and we could park nearby."

"The accommodation was fine. However, we were at the very end of the hotel so accessing the bar and restaurants was a lengthy walk. Breakfast was very good with a great variety of options.
Unfortunately, althought our starter at dinner was lovely, I chose cod which was dry, overcooked and full of bones. My husband, although he ordered a hamburger, got a very grizzly steak which was inedible. When we told the waiter, he didn't really care. Just shrugged and said fish have bones.

"My stat was great. The hotel is in a perfect location to explore the city or to catch a bus to get to the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful."
"Hotel , bar and restaurant all fantastic, the only problem was the air con, its not individual room to room, its on a mass comunal system and only goes as cold as they set it, i tried to turn it down to as low as possible (19°), but it just shut off, i asked at reception to be told its regulated by them. "The bathroom was a bit too small and it could certainly benefit from having an air extractor. The were dead bugs in the window blind which would have been better not to have. Other then that, the staff was nice and helpful at all times."
