"Please be advised that the rooms do not have air conditioning. This thus requires you to sleep with the windows open during summer months. If you are a light sleeper you will here the outside noise until 11 to Midnight. The other issue is you check in after 6 pm and they do have a receptionist after 6 pm, so make sure you get instructions on how to open front door and get the key for your room from a lockbox."

"Very well located. By car you are 15-20 minutes from montreux and Lausanne. There is a train stop within a 2-3 minutes walk. You can walk up to the village using the vineyards walk steps which was very nice. The restaurant Auberge du vigneron is about a 15 minutes walk and is extremely good. The room was spacious and clean and the balcony very usefull to eat and drink with a nice view of the lake and mountains. "

"The personal were excellent they provided me with a room though they were not informed of my hotel.com booking which did not come to them. The hotel was fully booked and they didn’t have my category of booked room ( and though it was not their mistake) they upgraded me for no extra cost. "For us the main reason to come to Vevey was to go to the Chaplin Museum, we stayed 2 nights in this hotel, everything was perfect: the room, service, location, the hotel is in a very beautiful building situated on a lake. We loved Vevey, it is a quiet place, very relaxing, a short bus ride to the museum, the hotel gives a free pass to the public transportation. I strongly recommend the hotel, Vevey and the fantastic Chaplin Museum. "
