Dirty room, cigarette burns in blankets, Cigarette butts in the toliet paper holder, broken furnature, most people staying their were homeless renting by month.

The room needs to be renovated to be honest it was a terrible stay. I saw multiple bugs / cockroaches it was degusting. I told the front desk multiple times and all they said was I was the only guest complaining which should not matter.

We didn’t even get our stuff out of the car. There were bed bugs so I ask for a refund. They did offer another room but no thank you. I had to call Expedia to get my refund. I’ve yet to receive it, I need to wait 7-10 business days.
