The Space:
A Cheltenham retreat has never looked better than staying at this impressive Regency home - which looks straight out the pages of an interior design magazine. Blending period charm with modern comforts expect vibrant feature walls and rich colours flowing through every room. The spacious kitchen is a dream to cook in, before settling into the banquet dining area with views out over the pretty garden. Once you’re full, head next door to the cosy living room and get the woodburner roaring - there’s a Smart TV to find your favourite film.

When it’s time to sleep, head upstairs to find your five beautiful bedrooms - each as homely as the next. There are two king-size, two double, and one twin bedroom. Two bathrooms and a separate WC ensure convenience.

For warmer days, the house surrounds a private courtyard where you can bask in the sun or enjoy alfresco meals. Outside the comforting walls of your home, you’ll find plenty to keep you busy. Cheltenham is renowned for its culture, and of course you’re never far away from a park or restaurant.

The Neighborhood:
The townhouse is located right in the centre of Cheltenham but is set back on a quiet one-way road. Known as the ‘Capital of the Cotswolds’, the town is brimming with history, culture, green spaces and fantastic foodie ties. Not to mention famous horse racing at the iconic Cheltenham Racecourse, which is just a 5-minute drive or 30-minute walk from the apartment.

There is so much to explore in this exciting town, and the best part is you can do so much of it on foot! It’s just a short walk to the town centre, where you’ll find all the major high-street shops and restaurants. On warm summer days, head to Sandford Park Lido for a dip in the outdoor pool before taking a wander through the sculpted gardens. Or stroll over to stylish Montpelier too. Here, you’ll find a wealth of upmarket shops, independent cafes, gourmet restaurants (including Michelin star-awarded) and cosy wine bars. Make sure you stop by the Neoclassical Caryatids and walk through Pittville Park where the Pittville Pump Room – the town’s grandest spa building – still welcomes you to sample its medicinal waters.

The house is also a wonderful base to explore the rest of the Cotswolds AONB. In 30-minutes, you can drive to a number of the iconic Cotswold villages, such as Bourton-on-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold or Burford. Enjoy rummaging through antique shops or taking scenic walks through the rolling hills. Nothing tops off a day like a delicious dinner at a cosy country pub, too. Getting Around:
The house is located in central Cheltenham so is perfectly located for exploring the town on foot. Cheltenham Spa train station is around 10 minutes in a taxi or a 30 minute walk. There are also regular buses that run from the main road which are all easy to pick up and navigate. If you do decide to travel by car, there are multiple paid car parks nearby. The closest is the Regent Arcade Car Park which is less than a 5 minute walk and costs £16 per day. St James Street is a little further away and costs £13 per day. Alternatively, there is on street parking which is free outside of restriction hours or you can use pay and display meters.

Other Things to Note:
The property is a townhouse split over three levels all accessed via stairs. It therefore may not be suitable for those with mobility limitations.

Up to 2 dogs are welcome on the condition they are kept off sofas, beds and not left in the property unattended. There is an additional fee of £20/dog.
