"Clean,quiet and safe. Close to shopping and transportation.Friendly staff. Dining onsite. There was no wall or alarm clock in the room. Only local channels available on the tv. No English language channels. No bright lighting in the wash room especially in front of the mirror for shaving or make up. Stayed 10 nights, these are very important necessities for a long stay. "This was my favorite hotel that I stayed in while in Kerala. The service was top notch - the staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable! The property sits right on the water. The rooms are spacious. The food was wonderful. They helped me coordinate a canoe ride through the backwaters. In order to get to the property in this prime location, the car ride is on a small dirt road at the end."
