"Perfect for travelling family Heena checked us in and inquired about our stay daily. Thanks Heena!!!!!!!! Our room was clean and had all the amenities for staying 9 days; fridge, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher. Bathroom has a towel warmer. And a really big enclosed balcony. "The hotel was very conveniently located just a short walk from Bayswater Queensway, tube station, shops, restaurants and also Hyde Park. Converted from London townhouses, the hotel antique in layout and quite charming. There are some caveats though: I was in a single room and while well equipped, it was TINY. The second problem was that it was on the third floor, there is no lift and the staircase is VERY narrow and steep. I had bags and it was a real physical challenge to get them to my room....

"I feel like I'm nitpicking because the employee's were wonderful and the premises were spotless. They couldn't do more for us or be more helpful, but: The only place to put clothes for 3 people was closet with a couple shelves. Had to ask for hangers, there were 2. Bedroom had 2 nightstands with 2 small drawers in each. There was no place to put suitcases. We were only given one door card and one small bar of soap. Once you learned how to use the buses and tube with the citymapper app...

"I always find these apartments a great location for my work & with parking available even better. I arrived to a warm apartment but with a fan in the room & turned on, which was appreciated. The electric charging in the car park was not working so I was unable to charge my vehicle, I had this issue last time & noticed that no one else was charging. A suggestion of improvement would be to include which building you are in by talking about the car park, if you arrive by car it isn’t always...

Very Enjoyable Stay

"We used this hotel as it was close to Paddington Station - it is about 5 minutes walk. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by friendly efficient staff. Everytime we left and returned whoever was on reception was very pleasant. A late night problem with noisy neighbours was sorted out quickly with no fuss. The room was quite small but totally adequate for our needs. It was very clean, the housekeeping team do a fine job. This is an old building which doesn't have some of the features found in more modern establishments but we felt it lacked nothing. The breakfast served was good and, again, the staff were very pleasant and efficient. This has to be our hotel of choice for future visits to London. "

"I followed recommendations of a friend and reviews I had seen online. I was very pleased with every aspect of the hotel. The staff were accommodating and helpful. The bar was open until midnight, there is a lovely lounge in the lobby, the room was pristine and I enjoyed the breakfast. I give it A++++ "

Cozy and Convenient

"St. David hotel is very quaint, offering a very quality experience at a good price. It's a 2min walk to Paddington Station and I also found it easy to catch a black cab at the Hilton next to the station. Very quiet and safe area. I will always choose this over paying more to stay in the chaos of central London. St. David is not a good place for families and young children. Perfect for solo travelers, travelers with a friend (two twin beds were perfect for us) and for couples. "

"The staff are very knowledgeable about the area, best train to go to the tourist area in a fastest and easiest way. Good in direction. Staff are also helpful from calling a taxi service for during my departure the Heathrow express doesn’t run until past 11am. Helping me using Uber app for the ride. Great staff and the owner too is helpful on how you can save time and money and direction on tourist spot. "
