"I'm not sure why this hotel is rated so highly. I would call it just so-so. The rooms are in bad need of updating, and it took forever for the heater to warm the room. Perhaps it's the best thing in San Fernando? I was hoping that since the property had a conference center the staff would speak English, however that was not the case.
