"Wow what a serene beautiful setting in the River. We were absolutely spoilt with attention & great service. Chef Anish & assistant chef Baby cooked to order & delicious with lots of it. Jeevan & everyone made our stay perfect, especially after our hour sunset boat trip we had a table set up under the tree on the edge of the River. Alchil the nite porter super helpful. We had the Ayurveda massage & wow another amazing experience. "

"Friendly team of staff led by Andrew who went out of his way to be provide any assistance we needed. More information needs to be provided during the check-in process about the hotel policies on hot water, cleaning and facilities timings to avoid misunderstandings. "Our family had a wonderful experience at Vivanta, Kochi. We had five rooms, and each of them was meticulously clean and well-appointed. My suite had a beautiful view of water. The lobby was inviting. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous. The staff were wonderful. We had a special birthday dinner, which was made super special by the restaurant staff. The Marine Drive location was central for visiting the area. The limited parking was a downside. In addition, the hotel rooms need a refresh in a year or two. "

"The staff were all friendly and helpful. Top notch customer service! The airport is 7 min drive away and the hotel has a shuttle. There is an iconic restaurant right next door too though the food in the hotel is excellent. "

BEST AIRPORT HOTEL IN THE WORLD

"In America the Courtyards by Marriott are not nearly the quality of your hotel. It appears to be under superior management. The staff were friendly and accommodating. While I am a cigarette smoker, I was made to feel perfectly comfortable in the smoking areas and not treated like an “inferior.” The buffet was simple, but delicious. THE ABSOLUTE BEST AIRPORT HOTEL I have ever experienced!"
