"My stay here was one of the best of all in the many countries I have visited , mainly due to the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners Maryann and Philip. The rooms are clean and comfortable with fan and a/c if you want it. There are nice breakfasts also as an option. I stayed 4 days and felt like a member of the family by the time I left. I can thoroughly recommend this homestay."

"Large room with three separate beds but non-functional. Yes, I understand that they have a room available not meant to be a hotel room, but why not rent out to make money. AC and WiFi non functional. Dark closed room. Couldn’t open windows. Needed to keep lights on. Dirty unusable wooden cabinet with age-old newspapers strewn as shelf liner. Folks, clean up the cabinet, paint and use store bought regular shelf liner but never those dirty newspapers. No place to put luggage even for one person....

"It is an excellent location, close to the heart of Fort Cochi, but you get to enjoy silence at night—proximity to primary activities. Very friendly owners; they went beyond and above to help us. "This is an extraordinary hotel, a colourful and unique oasis in the middle of bustling kochi. The rooms were beautiful and large and cool with a hot shower and comfortable beds. The pool and communal areas were also gorgeous and tranquil. Breakfast was fine, a good selection. Staff were great also. The afternoon snacks were delightful and a really appreciated extra. The fresh lime soda from the bar was amazing. It is quite noisy as it is in the middle of the town so cars horns and dog barking...

"Despite me having 5 e-mails to the establishment that i was arriving late (2 am) there was no attempt to organise entry. I had to sleep on the floor outside the apartment that morning. The apartment was comfortable and value for money but it was showing its sge. There was no internet and tv was inoperable. I had the apartment to myself but it could have got pretty crowded if all the rooms were occupied."
