"This is a beautiful, tasteful, updated home. I was surprised at how comfortable the beds were! It's in a great location, and we appreciated the prompt and thoughtful host communication. It's very reasonably priced for all that you get with this stay! Parking was tricky for us as we rented on the night of street sweeping and had to park several blocks away. Other than that, this is an excellent place to stay. "

"What a lovely, cozy, clean property! The location was in the heart of Harper’s Ferry. Everything advertised was exactly as described, even nicer, inside and out! Cathy, our property manager was communicative and helpful. We will be back!!"

"The cottage was everything and more than promised. We were vacationing and exploring DC - very convenient to the Metro and it was great having a “home” to come back to in the evening instead of a hotel room. Craig was responsive but gave us our space. We would recommend staying if you are looking for something in the area. You won’t be disappointed. As a bonus, the dogs were very friendly and made us laugh."

"We stayed at this property during our annual visit to Leesburg. We enjoy the downtown area (easy to walk) and catching an Uber to the local vineyards! House was perfect for our group of 5. Majority of our time at the house was spent sleeping, but we all felt comfortable and had enough space. Three bathrooms were great! "

"Perfect for the weekend getaway we were looking for! Beautiful guest home that was very clean and was well stocked with anything we might need. Only one issue was there were lots of stink bugs in the house but I imagine in the winter that would be more of a problem then in the warmer months. "

"My friend and I came up to do some biking on the C&O and western Maryland rail trail, and to also do some hiking! Weather was perfect and the cozy cabin fit all our needs perfectly!. Very cutely decorated…Clean…Beautiful views. The host even invited us for dinner one night if we wanted to join them! Check in was easy and there was even a few snacks and waters provided. All very thoughtful gestures. We were warned that there was a two mile stretch of rougher road leading up to the cabin but...

"Home was beautiful, super clean, comfy beds, big screen TV, well-equipped, beautifully decorated and very secluded. Host were great. They even had a highchair & crib for our 18-mo. old. On the other hand, and not such a big deal, but there was no wood for the fire pit as promised, none of the outdoor lights worked, and we wish we didn't have to take the garbage with us on our long trip back. Otherwise, we had a good time in this scenic, quiet, secluded home."

"Wonderful property for a girls' getaway! The owners are very responsive to messages and communicated well with us. Clean, comfy beds, had everything we needed. The hot tub was a plus on a snowy weekend."

"A friend and I stayed in this modern cottage, tucked away in the woods about 10 minutes outside Leesburg's historic downtown. It has 1 bedroom (King) and a sitting room with a daybed, which would be a very cozy sleep for two (and I don't believe there was a door to close off the room). We shared the king and was glad another couple didn't join us, as it would have been quite tight sleeping. Also the one bathroom is shared so that creates some noise between the rooms. For two people, however,...

Great stay

"I traveled with my son on a weekend trip to DC. We made sure we had a king bed since we knew we would be sharing. However, we were quite surprised to find the entire bathroom was made from frosted glass walls. We joked and laughed while respecting each others bathroom privacy. It could definitely be weird and uncomfortable in certain situations if you aren’t away before hand. The staff were all friendly. Only real complaint, we arrived late from our flight and the attendant didn’t mention we had to scan once on the elevator. We rode it a couple of times in our sleepy state before a nice customer joined us on the elevator and saw us struggling and mentioned it 😁. We were good after that! "
