"First, I must say how impressed I was with the staff. Prior to our stay, they checked in with me to see if I had any additional needs or questions. They held our luggage for us prior to check in, so we could begin exploring London. We had a garden apartment which was clean, quiet and a short walk to Hammersmith tube station. There were plenty of groceries, breakfast/coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Loved the location! This made for a relaxing, enjoyable vacation."

"The apartment itself was beautiful. The area outside of the building which is North Acton is a little run down but lots of construction present, so it’s slowly being renovated. "There's no one at the spot; you have to reply on the telephone number they provided. The whole house had a heating system set at an inconveniently low temperature and one cannot put to it higher value. Myself and later another tenant had to wait one hour each over the phone right at the doorstep in order to make calls and get the drop box room key as well as the main door electronic lock fixed. "

"The apartment was clean and the communication was great! The neighborhood was a bit sketchy and the commute into the city was long and costly. While the tube isn’t too bad you still have a 17 min walk to the station which adds a lot of time to your commute. I would definitely stay with this host again if they had closer places to the city center."

"Nice hotel convenient to the airport. Note the hotel does not have a direct airport shuttle, despite being told so by the front desk. A city bus stops at the hotel, costs £7 and takes 30 min to the airport despite the hotel’s close proximity. It’s one of the first of many stops the bus makes. Would’ve been nice had the front desk attendant informed us. For 2 people, it’s actually better to take an Uber. "
