"We enjoyed our stay at Latitude 40. We were comfortable and close (less than 1 mile) to our venue. There were a number of choices for a place to eat, as well as a nearby grocery store. There were good kitchen facilities and adequate cooking supplies. The host had provided coffee and tea choices and 2 different coffee machines (including a Keurig for both coffee and tea). And the host provided a basket with a good selection of snacks. We would consider a return visit."

"The area is beautiful, very quiet and far from the hustle and bustle. Only a few miles from the park entrance and surrounded by nature. The accommodations were wonderful, easy in and out, well appointed kitchen, the large room upstairs was spread out and great for us, the kids and mother in law. Host’s reached out to make sure we didn’t need anything. All around great experience."

"Great location close to the lake, but had to travel to a nearby beach to actually access it. Right next to golf course but you wouldn’t even know it. Peaceful and quiet. Relaxing stay. House pretty much matched the description except that there was a foosball table , not a pool table. Overall we were very happy with it."

"Traveled to the area for the 4th of July weekend. It was busy in all of the lake communities but not “Tahoe busy”. The house decor was very Patriotic. Only the bedrooms have window AC units making the living room/kitchen area less enjoyable with the heatwave California was experiencing. Ceilings fans and extra box fans were appreciated and used. "We had a delightful time in this home!! We were greeted by a wonderful basket of goodies, slept in comfy beds and enjoyed the small touches of hospitality throughout the bedrooms/bathrooms. Everything was super clean with new flooring throughout !! We enjoyed sitting outside under the pines while our pup could wander around wherever she wanted in the large fenced backyard. We will definitely return!! A five star place for sure!!"
