"I cannot really speak about the hotel itself because I never stayed there, even though I booked and paid for the room. The owner apparently does not inform hotels.com or other websites that there are no more rooms available, sells them multiple times and then blames 'the Internet' when lots of angry customers pile up at the reception. I had to walk to other hotels at night, tired and pushing my luggage to see if any other hotel had availability and would take me with the vague promise that...
