"Low cost. Very quiet area. One should be mindful and not make too much noise. Perfect to get a good night rest. I did not need to get the host attention. If needed there is a tablet where you can communicate with host. Not sure the host's English language capability. The rooms were larger than central Tokyo area hotels.
