"stayed overnight for events at the port tower park. everything i needed to go to was walking distance. the room was clean and a little more spacious than other business hotels. my request for high floor rom was granted. and also, they let me check-in 30minutes earlier for free of charge. amenities were not fully provided. no free bottled water, no ice machine. no free hotel parking but there are alot of 500yen coin parking around the hotel."

"The location was "ok" for a few days, but not great if you want to be closer to Chiba's more busier areas. There's a Lawson and Donki nearby, but really not much else. The ramen shop across the hotel was good, and if you walk past that, there is a small supermarket ! The room could have been cleaner, but I wouldn't call it "dirty" ... Staff interaction is very minimal, but when I did interact, they were all very friendly and helpful. The onsen and sauna were great! Give it a try. Just make sure...

"I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, 5 years apart, yet the property has maintained its condition so well as if it was grand opening. The room is bright and spacious compare to the local standard. The public bath is really a treasure. Buffet breakfast offers a wide range of varieties. I will definitely stay here again. "
