Everything was acceptable or better except the bed was awful. I believe the bed or frame was broken in the middle because it was sagging so bad it was U shaped with no support.

The staff and service people were awesome. The hotel definitely need some renovations which look like they’re going on. The beds were super comfortable with the pillows as well so a good night rest was had. Just need to step the game up with renovations!

The communication between reception and breakfast are not on the same page, we’ve had free breakfast included with our room stay, but breakfast service almost charged us even we gave our room number and mention about the breakfast is included. By that they have to withdraw the payment from my card, but it ended up locked my credit card because it seems like fraud activity. Spent at least an hour to call my bank and explain the situation to unblock my credit card. Please be careful next time if you have breakfast include with your stay, let the breakfast service know before you seated. Other than that this is a pretty decent hotel to stay in.
