Staff was excellent. Room was small but nicely updated and very well equipped. Mini bar items/snacks were complimentary, and complimentary ice cream was available during limited hours in the afternoons - a nice touch in hot and sticky Singapore! Rooftop pool was small but very pleasant. Location is across the street from a metro station (easy access to the rest of the city), a small park, and a large shopping complex.

Special mention to Shirlyn who gave us a complimentary room upgrade and allowed us to check in early. I appreciated this kind geature as i was travelling with a young child and we were tired after a 12 hour flight from Europe to Singapore.

A fantastic well-located hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The decor was brilliant and the convenience was a real bonus. The pool area was great. The bathroom and rain shower in particular was wonderful. The only downside was that the room (Superior Room, Queen Bed) was quite small, particularly for 2 people with a suitcase each. We would definitely stay here again but perhaps in a larger room.
