"Beautiful hotel at the end of a residential drive, in a picturesque town of the German Alps. Very walkable to the center of the small town, past cows quietly grazing with the mountains in the background. We reserved the suite and it was HUGE! There was a nice little kitchen, we went to the local grocery store and bought food to make our meals. There is also a very nice restaurant on site. "

"It was really delicious breakfast! Room is spacious but sofa-bed is very squeaky, I could hear kids' every move:) Limited number of parking spots. "

"The suite was clean,though dated, spacious and the views from the balcony are great. The bathroom is really nice. Unfortunately, the description misrepresented the conditions of the room. The suite is presented as two rooms, but both beds are in the same room, which was a problem for us since we are a couple with a teenage child, and we need two separate rooms. Also, the kitchen was a problem. The microwave was broken, the tea kettle was dirty. Most of all, the staff at the hotel was terrible. They did not alert us that the check in time is only before 9 pm, and there was no one there at 9:10. The person who came out by chance (he was talking out trash) scolded us for being late even though it wasn't our falt. He then told us to pick up the key at the reception which was in a different building, but didn't explain that the door to our room was separated from the main hotel door. We then spent an hour in the dark looking for the door. I tried calling the hotel's phone number, but no one answered. It was a complete disaster, the worst hotel check in in my life."

"Very nice place. You could tell it was recently remodeled. Clean and the showers were large compared to most European showers. The owner was very friendly and check inn and out was easy. would like to come back and stay here again sometime."

"Likes: Most everything. Especially Rina (spelling?) at the front desk. Very very helpful and pleasant. Location was beautiful, the surrounding town is a a very charming area out in the country. Surrounding mountains were awesome. Dislike: the underground parking was a nice addition, but it is so tight to maneuver in there. Twenty spaces should have only been ten. If you’re used to American-size parking, this was tough. The low slanted ceilings on the top floor took some getting used to "
