"Quiet. Staff was friendly and let me check out late. Fairly clean. Questionable stains on the walls and on the floor but at least the bed was clean. Bath was good. Not too many places to eat in the area. Hakurakuten nearby had good food and the staff was nice. "

"Staff were very friendly and courteous. Kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast were out of the world! Onsen, water temperature was perfect, and Jungle Onsen was interesting. Our room was tatami room with 2 beds which was large enough and comfortable. Even though the unit was rustic, it was very clean. "It was my 2nd visiting at Kayausagi. Thus stay also was full of satisfaction! Hotspring, Food, Staff kindness, everything! They provide pick up&drop off service, ans it was very convenient to book transportation via Expedia message function in advance. I personally wants to share a sincere gratitude to Kayausagi that contacting and helping me regarding my lost item(phone) even after my stay :)"

"The hotel was incredibly clean and cozy. I especially loved the public bath — it exceeded my expectations! It was just a bit disappointing that there was no bottled water in the room. If there's a good price deal, I’d definitely love to come back. Out of all the places I stayed in Fukuoka, this was the best!"
