"Do not book this place, it's an absolute scam! We drove to the location as noted in our reservation and when we arrived, the address did not exist. We asked local people in the area and no one could lead us to it either. What seemed peculiar leading up to our arrival is that there was absolutely no communication by the owner/host despite my attempts to connect with him. "Our stay was magical. The host is communicative and so quick at responding. We will go back for sure, and hesitate to let anyone else know how wonderful a place it is. If you love ocean views, nature, birds, sleeping to the sound of the sea, this is the spot. We were looking for dramatic views and solitude and found it. The host made us a wonderful dinner and could not have been more gracious. Seriously dreamy."

"The cabins are located far from Pucon. No food was offered. There was no hot water and the water pressure was horrible. I would not recommend this property. Also, they asked for 1/2 upfront and the other 1/2 once we arrived. After what we went through, I would not have paid them for the second 1/2."
