"LOCATION: the location is ok, Puerto Natales is a small town ~20k people so pretty much anywhere you stay is going to be close to the Plaza de Armas and Marina. SERVICE: the staff was good, when they were around. Katie helped me book my tours and gave me some great recommendations. AMENITIES: basically none. It’s a bare bones hostel. The only amenity is that you can rent all your hiking equipment from them, including boots, which is really helpful if you don’t want to carry that around for...

"I have booked the twin bed with private bathroom but hotel did not reserve the room as said in booking instead they have provided room without toilet. They have contacted Expedia but no support provided. I need to choose to stay in other hotels or stay with room without toilet. The hotel staff hotel staff help to find other hotel but not good due to last minutes booking. I Don’t have an option but to stay at factoria Patagonia without bathroom."
