"Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. "

"Lake lure took a big hit to the storm. But this cabin had all we needed to keep us occupied during our stay. Restaurants and some shops are open. Loved how everyone is so open to helping each other. House was so lovely, owner was very accommodating. Anytime I had a question. I texted him personally. He responded very quickly. I highly recommend this house. We will come back."

"The property was in great shape and ready for visitors. We came up to volunteer after Helene. This was a great location for helping in Chimney Rock. Easy access to affected areas for volunteering. Parking is tight for a larger vehicle but great for small cars. Alot of extras are included in case you forget anything like coffee. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"This cabin is adorable. It’s just like living in Grammas house. Well stocked with everything we needed. Only minor issue was the TV reception. Keep in mind it rained the whole time we were there. Reception was difficult. It was harder on my husband than me. Would love to stay sometime in future!"

"My wife and i came to Lake Lure for a quick getaway. We enjoyed the location and the proximity to Biltmore. The only negative would be the fact it only jad 1 A/C unit. However, the weathe was cool and the fans in the bedroom were sufficient Would stay again."
