Checkin to leave bags was a breeze early in the AM and I returned late evening to find the bags were in my room. The free gifts in the room were numerous and incredible! "Easy walk from MRT. Room is big at its price. Black-out curtain. Sound-proofing could be better but it’s understandable as the building is not new. Overall very good. "

"very happy with my stay at the hotel. the location is great, near the MRT and lots of dining options. the staff are friendly and helpful and accommodative. the hotel has a swimming pool and gym which i greatly appreciate. the room is comfortable and spacious and clean. my only complaint is that the "do not disturb" and "make up my room" buttons were a bit confusing to use, and one on the buttons wasnt functional."
