"I considered hotel to be comfortable however I was very disappointed not receiving room service after talking with housekeeping working on our floor early in the morning and notifying the front desk in person. My family went out and returned - still no room service. Since it was getting late in the afternoon I tried calling the front desk however the hotel phone rang the front desk, but they kept hanging up because they apparently could not hear me. However, after trying to get the phone to work...

"The basics were good - bed was comfortable, room was quiet, shower was good. Room itself was showing it age (only 1 bolt holding toilet seat on, toilet ran after every flush, shower was stained, etc.). Breakfast was so disappointing that I went elsewhere. When I arrived at 5 pm I waited 10 minutes for someone to show up at the desk."

"Big, clean, quiet, comfortable room. Fast and friendly reception. Only issue is they continue to automatically add optional charges, such as local historic fees. It should be enough that I gave them the privilege of hosting me. I have never understood special taxes snd fees on tourists and travelers, as if we don't have a choice where to visit and stay."
