"What an incredible stay! Location is perfect since it'a walking distance to the Gala mall with tons of food options, and the surrounding is so clean and quiet. "Stayed in many hotels during my 2 weeks around China and this was the only one with obvious "classical luxury" vibe from overall design to the small amenities. King sized bed and duvet were super comfortable. Amazing Bund view but be noted it's towards the North Bund, not the old Bund. Staff were efficient, I had a small issue with the bath tub and a technician arrived at my room door for fixing within a couple minutes. Staff at the lounge were kind and attentive. Good quality food and beverage....
