"Overall not a bad stay, i got the open air bath room. Certain fixtures in the room were very worn and could use repairing. The bath on the patio was the highlight but it had a large leak from below causing the water to drain out faster than it could fill it. Breakfast was great and they had tatami tables. Overall not bad for the money but could be better"

"Unfortunately the property had electrical problems and we could not stay there. The management had already found us accommodation 500m away in a nice hotel, the price was the same and they catered for our dietary requirements at very short notice. Well done to the Komeyaclub staff for arranging all this."

"We had an amazing time here, everyone was SO friendly. The onsen was lovely and the rooms had everything we needed. The staff were really lovely and took time to show us the best bits about town, they made sure we saw the fireflies and the mechanical clock, plus great places to eat. Friendly not flashy."

"スタッフは外国人であったが一生懸命対応されていて好感が持てた。コロナの時に設備に手を入れられたらしく所々綺麗になっていた。部屋はお任せだったので外も見えない部屋で残念。海外では当日の宿泊者数によってアップグレードを勧めていただけたりするのでそういう配慮があっても良いのかと思いました。"

"チェックイン時の対応が長過ぎる点で、、、場所的に長旅で疲れた状況なんで、ダラダラした説明は不快になります。例えば、街の説明はわかり易いしおりがあるから、川沿いの露天風呂以外の説明は必要無かったです。17時にチェックインなのに閉店してるヨーグルト屋さんの紹介をされてもね〜！って感じです。それと、フロントは清潔感はあるのですが、変な匂いがします。それと、チェックイン時の部屋の温度、3月前半なのに、エアコンの設定が冷房の22℃！入った瞬間、寒い！ってなりました。そのまま長い説明になり！だったんで、そこも不満に思いました。温泉などは良かったから、長旅で疲れてるお客様の気持ちになって対応してくれると満足度が高まると思います。"

"住宿在山溪旁有流水聲早餐是傳統日式早餐，晚餐安排了和牛鍋，看到隔離枱食松葉蟹，價錢相宜很多人吃，如早知也想改餐單吃溫泉泡過皮膚滑滑可望向有室外雪景有冬日感覺"

"まず、ご飯が1泊２食付きと書かれていたので、鶏鍋やすき焼きなどが選べると思ったら、強制的に鶏鍋の予約になっていた。結局アップグレードして（一人2000円追加）すき焼きにしたが…びっくりする位量が少ない!! ハチ北の他の宿に泊まってすき焼きを食べたときの半分ほどのお肉しかなかった。（画像で3人分です他にはご飯しかありません。）そしてお肉が硬かった。あれは本当に但馬牛でしょうか…？きっと但馬牛でもかなり安い部位なんだろうな…。これでは楽天とかの方が安いので損をした気分です。あと、卓球などができる憩いスペースがあったんですが、こちらにあるコタツ、ストーブ（コンセントが抜かれていて届く場所にない）使わせる気がないなら、置くべきでは無いのでは？体脂肪率や筋肉量を測れる高い機械があります！！と部屋にあるパンフレットに記載があったが故障中。そもそもプリント用紙が入ってないので使わせる気がない。これ、本当にハチ北で1番良い宿と言われるひさ屋でしょうか？客層も20代半ば位の若い子が多くて… 少しガッカリでした。もう泊まりません。"
