"I didn’t receive an upgrade because I don’t believe I was told about it in advance. So when I had the chance to check in early in a standard rate room I took it. Not know I was upgraded. Same with the wine. It was in the room but I wasn’t told it was for me. I thought I had to pay for it if I wanted it. It’s nice but you should let people know."
