"Beautiful friendly hotel. We felt safe secure and very well looked after. Staff were so friendly and always on hand to support your need. We checked into a room in the 3rd floor (sea view) and it had a strong smell of damp and mould. We were moved fairly quickly to a new room which also had a faint smell of damp etc. The smell got worse as the week went on and not sure of it was the air con. Our friends also had a sea view room and they had no smell at all. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Food was lovely - we had something new to eat every day. Cocktails were amazing. 2 pools to choose from. The lower pool was very quiet and being in a group of two couples we had fun and were able to relax even if the other residents were especially quiet. Daily exercise in offer and the gym was stocked well enough. Beautiful grounds around the hotel and they offer a free shuttle to the town and beach. We didn’t goto the beach but town was an experience - the market is huge and everyone so friendly. We would definitely return to this hotel. It was relaxing and just what we needed for a weeks break. "This is a very beautiful, romantic, and unique resort on the beautiful island of St. Lucia. The suite that I stayed at had amazing views, and the open concept with 3 walls made me felt like I was sleeping in a tree house in the middle of a rainforest. During our stay, we had trouble with the WiFi and pool heating system. However, the staff was so great and they quickly fixed it promptly. The mosquitoes was an issue for me, and I wished the bugs repellent worked better. At the end of the day, each and everyone of the staff was so attentive, helpful and friendly, and they really ensured we had a great experience. I was a bit worried that I might get bored dining at the only restaurant there, but I never get bored of the views and what was on the menu with their daily special. Highly recommended. "
