Toilet overflow
"Overall rental was fine. Toilet backed up twice, not due to use. The flapper in the tank was stuck and ran continuously and eventually overflowed flooding bathroom and bedroom. It happened twice. We cleaned up the second time in the middle of the night."

"The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer."
