"We stayed here for one night with breakfast. Sitting in the evening outside with candlelight, listen to the frogs in the water bassin, hear the owls in the trees around the park. We spent a beautiful night there. Comfortable rooms, lovely decorated. Beautiful park, arranged with a lot of old and tall trees. "Since the booking was made for the same day, I wasn’t able to select a higher-priced option that includes free cancellation. I booked this hotel by mistake, as the drive turned out to be too long and we wouldn’t be able to arrive before check-in time. I understand this was my error, but I tried to cancel the reservation within 30 minutes of booking, and the system didn’t allow it. I also attempted to reschedule for a later date, but that request was declined. I contacted both the hotel and Hotels.com, but haven’t been able to find a resolution. I would really appreciate it if the hotel could be a bit more flexible in a situation like this."
