This home is located in the Hoburne Cotswold Holiday Park with its own array of lakes plus indoor & outdoor swimming pools & evening entertainment program. Also, a children’s activities program and 2 outdoor play areas.

In the park are lots of things for you to do. There are 2 swimming pools, 4 fishing lakes, entertainment and cabarets, crazy golf, play parks, a restaurant, and a café.

Passes to use the resort facilities are included in the resort fee charged with this booking.

Our caravan is set on the Cotswold Hoburne Park, with breath-taking views of Mallard lake it has all you need for a self-catering stay in the Cotswolds. Close to the market town of Cirencester and all the beautiful Cotswold villages making it the perfect base for a break. In the park are lots of things for you to do. There are 2 swimming pools, 4 fishing lakes, entertainment and cabarets, crazy golf, play parks, a restaurant, and a café. Hoburne Passes are included with your stay

Our cozy caravan has a nice-sized lounge area with a corner sofa and armchair, an electric effect fire, a TV, and a DVD player.
There is a dining area with a table seating 6, and a well-equipped kitchen area.
Our caravan has 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with lots of wardrobe space and an ensuite toilet and 2 twin rooms with 2 beds on each plus storage. There is a shower room and toilet. The caravan has central heating.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Hoburne Cotswold will be starting extensive development of their facilities, bringing a brand-new indoor pool and soft play area in 2024.

The work for this starts on 6th November 2023 and is expected to run until mid-late May 2024.

During the development phase the indoor pool and soft play area will not be available.
Hoburne hope to open the outdoor pool in time for Easter 2024 if the weather allows.

The Café will move into the sports bar area during the development.

During the period of the development there will be no charge for guest passes (know as resort fee) if you book through us, which allow access to the food and beverage areas, Fishing and Entertainment.

If you have already booked with us for this period, any resort fee paid will be refunded.

We have secured use of the facilities at Cricklade leisure centre which is just 10 minutes away from the park – no membership is required but bookings should be made 48hours in advance prices can be found here https://www.crickladeleisure.com/prices/

We have also a 10% discount off all pay and play hire at South Cerney Outdoors (Lake 12), this includes Canoes, Paddleboards, Kayaks and katakanus, they open weekdays until April and then will extend into weekends.
