"Had a brilliant time at the house, everything that you need is there. It was spotlessly clean and decorated beautifully. The host was lovely and communicated brilliantly throughout."

"Very comfortable house in converted Jackfield Old School. Grandparents had the en-suite bedroom on the second floor and parents and 2 boys had the double and twin bedrooms with family bathroom on the first floor. Open plan kitchen, diner, lounge was perfect for us all and there is a balcony and small garden perfect for eating outside. Walking distance along the river to many attractions in the Ironbridge Gorge as well as a multitude of pubs serving good food."

Which meant I couldn’t get a full refund or even a somewhat acceptable refund as per “refund policy” No response from the host from the entirety of the issue despite number of attempts via calls and emails until the day of the agreed date. I’d rate the experience a ZERO star rating if I could. Get better. "
