On arrival at NALA, the friendly staff offered us complimentary prosecco and 2 free welcome cards, a scheme which gives you free transport on tram services and most local buses. Also gets you discounted entry to some attractions.
Our room (505) was immaculate, quirky, spacious and the bed was so comfy. Mountain views from the bed and living room made it extra special.
We didn't have breakfast there during our stay but noticed it was a popular choice with other guests.
Just a minute or two walk from bus and tram stops, 10 minutes walk to the main centre or 15 mins to the train station.
Great value for money, would definitely recommend NALA. We stayed 4 nights at end of January.

The lobby was lovely, spacious, comfortable, and elegant. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. Unfortunately, room was not very clean. It needed a good mopping and bathroom cleaning.
