"Hotel staff were amazing. Very helpful. From the front desk to the restaurant staff! All lovely! The hotel itself is a gem! Small, quiet, beautiful. The rooms were very clean, the bed was heaven! We had complimentary breakfast and it was delicious. The restaurant is a rooftop with a gorgeous view!!! The hotel is walkable to all the touristic areas. It is not in the middle of the crowded areas which I appreciated very much. The only thing to keep in mind is that they have no parking insite....

Speaking of which the location of this hotel is perfect walking distance to most places people come to Cuenca to see. The neighborhood felt safe and walkable (especially compared to Quito).
