Lottie’s Cottage is a fully renovated 100-year-old stone home away from home located in the heart of Clare. It sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. The cottage offers 3 double bedrooms, comfortable living and dining areas, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, separate second toilet, fully equipped laundry, fully equipped kitchen, reverse cycle ducted air conditioner and barbecue. An amazing cottage
Wow, Lotties cottage is a gorgeous place to stay. It is centrally located, just a short walk to the supermarket and cafes. The cottage is immaculately kept, beds are comfortable, breakfast provisions are a wonderful addition. Lotties cottage is spotlessly clean and AJ has really thought of everything you might require during your stay. Absolutely recommend a stay here.

We were four friends visiting Clare for two nights from Adelaide, and this beautiful cottage just off the main street was perfect for us. Close to restaurants, coffee and shops. Loved the decor in the house and all the thoughtful provisions for guests. A great base for exploring the Clare Valley.

Our group of 3 couples recently stayed for 3 nights. The cottage is beautiful and we were all impressed with the attention to detail and little extras provided including enough bacon and eggs and other breakfast items for our entire stay! The location is within walking distance to the main street and we were able to book a winery tour with pick up and drop off at our front door! Everyone loved the quiet location, home and gardens and we would thoroughly recommend staying at Lottie's Cottage to anyone visiting the region.

Lovely heritage home with great provisions
Lovely heritage home in handy location, close to main St with cafes, supermarket and shops. We appreciated the extensive provisions and thoughtfulness of supplies for travellers. (I have never seen such a well stocked house) This home had character and showed that it was well loved. We enjoyed the fresh herbs, extensive breakfast supplies (including bacon and eggs) and lovely plants around. We highly recommend this house. Thanks for a great stay.

Every you could need and more
Very central position. Easy walk to the main street shops, pubs, coffee shops, restaurants. Short drive to many wineries. The house has EVERYTHING you could ever imagine you would need. Really. An incredibly well appointed kitchen, bathroom, laundry. Full of character too.

Stunning home with absolutely EVERYTHING you could need at your fingertips. Warm and comfy beds, wonderful large shower, generous breakfast provisions. Beautiful garden and outdoor seating. We were a group of 6 celebrating a special birthday at a local winery. So convenient to amenities. AJ was easy to liaise with and meticulous with details and timeliness. Highly recommend.

The owners have gone to a great deal of trouble focusing on the capturing the era of the property but for an air b&b it isnt very practicable, maybe for some but not for everyone (ie families with children - the house is cluttered and full of valuables). Watching the guests on video is a little disconcerting and we avoided going outside because of this reason.
