It is private, though not completely soundproof as we could hear the tenants in the main building from time to time. "We enjoyed our stay in the tiny house. It had all that we needed and offered easy access to the scenic outdoors. A couple of things were a bit less than ideal, although both items were mentioned in the property description; the Wi-Fi was very unreliable and the ladder providing access to the ‘upstairs’ bed was not easy to navigate for a couple of seniors.
