"I had the pleasure of staying at the Swissotel for a week with my family of 10. The entrance of the hotel is very confusing when first arriving since it is located on the side of their mall, unless you enter through the main casino area, which is a farther walk to the main lobby area. Check in staff were polite and tried their best to accommodate our requests to keep our rooms close, despite the hotel being close to capacity for the holidays. Strangely, only 1 of the 3 rooms received fresh...

"Overall the property is very nice, clean and staff are great. Only issue was, I reserved two rooms but the other party didn't come. I tried to cancel one of the rooms but unable to. I understand the Hotel 24 hours cancellation policy, however, I made the reservation within 24 hours of my arrival. I wish there was exceptions to the rules. Thank you, Nelia Springfield "

"This hotel in a perfect location to visit the casino's and the other high-end hotels. It is a lot cheaper but still very comfortable and clean. Rooms are very big and has two beds which makes it easy to stay with friends or a family. The have parking on site so that makes is also desirable. "
