"El hotel muy bonito, limpio, excelente ubicación, personal muy atento y servicial. Lo único que no nos pareció, fue q no podíamos tener iluminación natural; ya que al correr las cortinas se veía todo, nuestra ventana daba a lugar interno del hotel."

"While obviously it’s a great hotel and the best of the best, one problem did occur. While most would think it’s trivial, to me it was very frustrating. As a deaf person, and for what I paid for one of the best rooms in the hotel, I wasn’t able to relax and watch a movie with English closed captioning. The TV wouldn’t allow it. The staff even tried to fix it. I would expect more from a hotel if that level. They didn’t accommodate someone who is deaf. Not even at check in. But the room, wow! I got to watch the light show from room! "
