"£98 for a room, and couldn’t even get a towel of any sort. Checked in late in the evening, warm friendly check in, called reception in the morning who advised they’d be up right away with some towels, 45 minutes later decided to scrap the shower, due to needed to leave for work. Didn’t even ask me how was my stay, just a “I need to check there’s nothing outstanding in the account. "
