Summary:
Nestled in the trees along Euclid Creek Reservation, this mid-century log cabin is the epitome of serene. While the property gives tranquility on its semi-wooded 2-acres, you can be in downtown CLE in less than 20 mins. The home features 2 queen bdrms, 1 twin bdrm & 1.5 baths. There are multiple, spacious living areas & an eat-in kitchen equipped with the necessities. The bonus all-seasons room opens up to the beautiful stone patio & private backyard with a large fire pit & screened in gazebo!

The Space:
As you walk into the home from the front door, you'll be enveloped in a sea of natural light coming from the windows of the spacious living room and dining room (seating for 4). The dining room flows into the fully-equipped kitchen featuring double ovens, a dishwasher, and beautiful views of the backyard. Off the kitchen, you'll stroll into the family room with a cozy recliner and TV watching standard cable or streaming your favorite content.
The other side of the house features the half bathroom, a queen a bedroom, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a queen bedroom with an attached full bathroom featuring a walk in shower. Access to the full bathroom can be entered through the bedroom or the hallway. All bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, windows to view the beautiful nature outside and reading lights at the bedside.
Enclosed in glass, the all-seasons back room is the highlight of the house. Featuring a game table and cozy sitting area with a sofa and chairs for lounging, you'll be at peace and one with nature. The back room opens up to the beautiful stone patio with a dining area (seating for 4). Following the gravel path, you'll be led to the fire pit with seating for 4 and the gazebo with a lounge seating inside.
There is a wrap around driveway with space for up to 5 cars and a car port to cover 1 car.
The laundry units are free to use and in the basement.

Guest Access:
There is a keyless entry. Guests are given a code within 72 hours of checking in. Guests will have access to the entire house and yard. They also have access to 5 parking spaces in the driveway and the laundry machines in basement. Neighboring houses are closeby. Please be respectful of neighboring property.
Please note that the garage is accessed through the basement, but parking in the garage is not available.

The Neighborhood:
South Euclid is an inclusive, diverse community, with walkable neighborhoods and architecturally diverse homes. It is a transit-friendly community not far from University Circle, the Cleveland Clinic, Downtown Cleveland, and the I-271, I-90 and Rt 2 Corridors. Visitors can enjoy many amenities including a dog park, a fully accessible playground, community gardens, and parks, including Oakwood Green and Euclid Creek Reservation, right behind the house. The house is also closely to the Waterloo Arts district, Euclid Beach Park, Cleveland Heights and Beachwood.

Getting Around:
It's best to have a car to where you're going. Whether it's through a ride-share service or your own car (we have free driveway parking for up to 5 cars), a car is the easiest method of transportation. There is a bus stop at the end of our street, an 8 minute walk, but it is definitely easiest to have a car.

Other Things to Note:
-There is no bath tub here. There is one step to get into the shower.
-No garage parking is permitted.
-Unfortunately, we do not rent to local guests due to the threat of parties. Local guest reservations will be declined.
-No pets are permitted at the property.
-No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc. Any violators will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review.
PROPERTY DAMAGES – Any damaged property must be reported to the host. We understand accidents happen, and please make sure to notify the host/co-host if damage to the property occurs. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed.
GUEST PROFILES – All guests must have a complete profile (including verified ID) with a profile picture.
EXTRA GUESTS – All guests on the reservation must be included in the total # (please no unauthorized guests without permission from the host).
Early Check in & Late Check out: We can accommodate up to 2 hours early check in or late check out for a $25/hour fee. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours for this request in order for us to organize our schedule. Thank you!
As a courtesy to our cleaners, any uncleaned vomit and or blood will result in a $100 charge to the guest.

We came to Cleveland to drop our daughter off at school, this house was a great home base for us. The owner was very responsive. I wish the kitchen was a little more stocked, but overall this house a good home base as we explored the area.

Amazing property!! You are less than 20 minutes from downtown Cleveland and all the attractions but you will feel like you are living in the country. It is partially a log home and has that country feel but is fully equipped with the modern necessities and ver comfortable furniture. The pics don’t lie!! Mark responded immediately to all my questions. The property is clean, has everything you need to make it a home. The kitchen is fully equipped and the host even provided the fixings for coffee and tea. There is a nice patio outside where we sat in the evening. The TV room is very very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the homes are upscale. The street is quiet and we never once felt uncomfortable about security in this area. 10 out of 10 stars.
